Introduction

This document provides comprehensive guidelines and support to help our retail partners maximise profit while leveraging our brand and infrastructure. By following these guidelines, resellers can effectively market and sell The H&H Group’s products through various digital marketing channels. This policy outlines what is permitted and what is not in the digital marketing efforts to ensure brand consistency and market success.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to establish clear guidelines for retail partners to market The H&H Group’s products. It aims to:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
  • Provide resellers with the tools and resources needed to maximise sales.
  • Protect the reputation of The H&H Group (History & Heraldry Ltd) through appropriate marketing practices.

2. Brand Guidelines

Resellers must adhere to The H&H Group’s brand guidelines to maintain a consistent brand image. This includes:

  • Using the official logo, colours, and fonts as provided in the brand assets package.
  • Following the brand voice and tone in all communications.
  • Ensuring all marketing materials are approved before use.

3. Digital Marketing Channels

Retail partners are authorised to utilise the following digital marketing channels:

  • Website: Create a section on your existing site for The H&H Group’s products.
  • Social Media: Promote products on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Email Marketing: Send newsletters and promotional emails to your customer base.
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Use approved paid advertising on search engines like Google and Bing.
  • Content Marketing: Write blogs, articles, and other content that highlights The H&H Group’s products.
  • Affiliate Marketing: Collaborate with affiliates to promote products.

4. Permitted Marketing Practices

Retail partners are permitted to:

  • Use The H&H Group’s approved marketing materials and resources.
  • Offer promotions and discounts as per the guidelines provided.
  • Share customer testimonials and reviews that reflect positively on the brand.
  • Create original content that aligns with The H&H Group’s brand values.
  • Engage with customers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

5. Prohibited Marketing Practices

Retail partners must avoid the following practices:

  • Misrepresenting The H&H Group or its products in any way.
  • Using unapproved logos, images, or marketing materials.
  • Making false claims or guarantees about products.
  • Engaging in deceptive or unethical marketing tactics.
  • Utilising spam or unsolicited email marketing.
  • Engaging in paid search bidding on The H&H Group’s brand keywords without prior approval.
  • Promoting or selling The H&H Group’s products on eCommerce platforms besides the retail partner’s own website (i.e., Amazon, Alibaba, Temu, eBay…).

6. Pre-Sale & Unlaunched Products

Retail partners are strictly prohibited from marketing or promoting any products that have not yet been officially launched by The H&H Group. This includes:

  • Advertising pre-sale items without prior written approval from The H&H Group.
  • Displaying product information, images, or any related content about upcoming launches on websites, social media, or other digital platforms.
  • Using unofficial or leaked information about unlaunched products in any marketing materials.
  • Offering pre-orders or reservations for products not yet released to the public.

Retail partners must wait for official launch communications from The H&H Group before initiating any marketing or promotional activities for new products. Violating this policy can lead to severe penalties, including termination of the retail partnership agreement.

7. Support & Resources

The H&H Group provides the following support and resources to resellers:

  • Access to H&H’s brand assets, product imagery and data sheets.
  • Dedicated account managers for personalised support.
  • Performance analytics and reporting tools.

8. Compliance & Monitoring

Compliance with this marketing policy is mandatory. The H&H Group reserves the right to monitor retail partners marketing activities to ensure adherence to these guidelines. Non-compliance may result in:

  • Revocation of marketing support and resources.
  • Termination of the retail partner agreement.
  • Legal action in cases of serious violations.
